A RELAXED MIND IS THE KEY TO PRODUCTIVITY

Relaxed productivity is about better defining your work at different levels. A lot of people still believe that to be productive you need to work for longer hours. However, productivity decreases after maintaining concentration for a certain amount of time. Being productive has a lot to do with knowing how to pay attention to what is necessary in each moment and eliminating the obstacles and distractions that appear in our way. It also has to do with knowing how to manage our energy levels because our energy is not constant throughout the day. When you know you have a system that allows you to react in the right way you live more relaxed and lose your fear of the unknown. 

RENEWING YOURSELF

Do you get stuck in procrastination or run into motivational slumps when you try to get things done? Then it’s time to reclaim your attention, time, and energy. Relaxed productivity – is to use your attention and focus in a way that helps you to achieve what you want. That’s how you can obtain the maximum with less effort. Knowing how to prioritize your tasks especially, with so much uncertainty, is a skill that deserves more attention. A great way to find a balance between relaxation and productivity is to pay close attention to what stresses you out while you are working. Working on the right things is empowering and can help us stay motivated, focused, and productive.

BE CONSCIOUSLY PRESENT

When you’re consciously present, you’re aware of your present moment and what’s going on around you and within you. It helps to improve your resilience rather than allowing your mind to spiral into anxiety. As a result, your positive mental state can help you optimize your performance and improve productivity. The practice of mindfulness can bring many benefits to your everyday life. It can be tough in today’s fast-paced world to pause and be present in the moment. However, if you’re intentional about being mindful in your everyday life, you can live with greater purpose and more happiness. You just have to perform it with a heightened sense of awareness. MULTITASKING – A FALSE FRIEND

Multitasking is a myth that has never actually helped accomplish anything efficiently. It makes you feel like you’re being more productive, but it actually doesn’t help us get more done and can negatively impact the quality of our work and our mental health. When doing several things at one stretch, your mind is divided between them. So, it’s natural that your mistakes will only multiply. Needless to say, the impact will always be negative. Completing one task at a time helps train your focus with mindfulness. Relaxed productivity requires more structure to your work. Finding a way to be productive is a key factor in becoming more successful.
