What does it mean actually to go the extra mile? Does it refer to doing something that is beyond one’s capabilities? Not at all. We all put miles on life’s speedometer, which is inevitable. But this irrevocable step questions whether going the extra mile is worth it? Undoubtedly, a worthwhile effort to make because it leads to enjoying the pursuit of your potential. Sadly, not many of us put in that extra effort that takes us ahead of others. In this modern era where competition is so tough, you can hardly imagine it.
