TIPS NURTURES ITS STUDENTS’ TALENTS

Schools are the primary platform for students to identify, develop and showcase their hidden and prominent talents. Be it scientific, artistic, critical or technological, it is significant for any student to develop a skill/talent either to stand out in the crowd or keep away from boredom. When schools do not promote skill development, try picturing the future of its students. How will it be in this tough and competitive world? Wouldn’t the kids be lost rather than finding their own way? TIPS Cambridge focuses on nurturing and embracing its students’ talents in every possible way.

AT TIPS CLUBS, TALENTS ARE CLUBBED FOR EXCELLENCE

There are around 10 clubs at TIPS Cambridge which thrive to display multiple talents of the students.

‘The White Hat’ club picks those minds that create computer software and fingers that type tricky codings. Students become computer wizards even before they finish their basic schooling.

While a few students deal with software, a few others focus on taking up the hammer, screws, nails, cutters, wood, metals, chips and other miscellaneous items to craft electronic and wood products through the ‘Makers Space’ club.

Students provide regular news about what’s happening in and around the TIPS community through the ‘TIPS News Club’. As journalists, they learn to exhibit maturity and diplomacy in their thoughts, words and actions.

“Feed the empty stomach before you feed minds.”

The ‘Bistro Club’ moulds future chefs by bringing together students who are passionate about cooking.

However, to cook you need raw materials that only a farmer can produce. TIPS ‘Marutham Club’ encourages its students to become sustainable and organic farmers, because what’s a healthy tomorrow without sustainable food production?

CLUBS THAT ASSIST CULTURAL ACTIVITIES

Students take unique shots with different frames, use the right lenses and convert each moment into photographs. The ‘Shutter Up Club’ is the abode for such budding photographers.

The ‘Bookmark Club’ encourages students to embark on their journey as story writers and voracious readers.

“To sing is to sail through emotions; to dance is to express your journey.”

‘TIPS Music Club’ is the hub for all singers who try conveying their emotions through their voices, while the ‘Boogi Woogi Club’ brings together dancers who express emotions through bhavas, body movements and beats.

Students grab mikes not only to sing a melody but also to voice out their opinions on politics, religion, culture, current affairs, life and lifestyle. The ‘Thinker’s Club’ collects all speakers and thinkers who lay more emphasis on wisdom than mere knowledge.

FIND LIKE-MINDED PEOPLE AND GROW TOGETHER

An institution is the place to mingle and grow. School club activities at TIPS Cambridge allow students to exhibit their talents, one way or the other.

TIPS Cambridge enhances its students not just theoretically but also practically through healthy connections and competitions. The expertise students display during club activities and other school events, portrays them as professionals and not amateurs.

“Keep the energy alive, passion strong, opportunities steady and actions healthy.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
