Teachers today work in an ever-changing educational environment that is transforming at a rate that has never been witnessed before.
Professional Development Centre (PDC) sessions are conducted to enhance a facilitator’s ability to define and make sense of their teaching practice as well as improve themselves as Individuals. PDC helps educators to achieve a positive thought pattern, gain confidence, work on improved behavior and learn better communication along with developing a healthy physique. Personality development sessions and opportunities to interact with proficient mentors regularly can be transformative for facilitators.
PDC allows tutors to broaden their knowledge base so that they can respond to all queries and ensure that their students are acquiring the most up to date knowledge as possible.
Our Academic Director – Ms. Piyali Basu , Principal – Ms.Suja Nair, Academic Coordinator – Ms.Bharathi.JR (Grades 3-5) and educators of Grade 3, 4 & 5 took effective, informative and functional sessions covering important topics that could be implemented in lesson plans and class room activities.
Attending and experiencing these PDC sessions are a valuable learning curve for facilitators as it helps expanding their understanding of new and improved tools for imparting education and to develop new approaches for engaging their students.
