CONGRATULATIONS TIPS ERODE CAMBRIDGE LEARNERS!

Cambridge IGCSE, Advanced Subsidiary(AS) and Advanced(A) Level exams are of international standards - reliable, challenging and rigorous. At TIPS, Cambridge learners own the learning process and take up these board exams given the accessibility levels, subject choices, resources and teaching - all mapped to their learning styles and interests. By the end of the A level programme, students are prepared for university and a career invariably through their subject learning skills in addition to their 21st century skills, all embedded in the curriculum and tested through board exams. Deep subject knowledge, conceptual understanding and higher order thinking skills are assessed to test new thinking in unfamiliar contexts which makes it more challenging to approach. For example - let's take a look at how physics builds challenge and curiosity in IGCSE and AS and A Level. TIPSIANS at KIFA 2019 Football Trials and Training in England

KIFA - Karhya International Football Academy partnered with TIPS presented Football Trails and Training in England from 26th October to 3rd November 2019 at Moyles Court School, Hampshire, England under the leadership of Principal coach, Andrew Bell, a UEFA ‘B’ Licensed Football coach. The aim of this programme is to promote English football training and developmental support to interested students and players. A week inside the camp, our young players were taught skills and drills like Individual Techniques, Dribbling, Turning, Passing and Receiving, Defending, Finishing and Goalkeeping. Further, trained Tactical Sessions - Patterns of Play, Phases of Play, Team Shape, Counter Attacking and Pressing. To ensure the needs of every level of player, coaching sessions were interspersed with practice matches, technical tests and daily briefings to help the players become confident of their skills. TIPSIANS’ Pride: Student Prameya gets Silver at National Rifle Shooting Meet in New Delhi!

Itwasa pride moment for the entire TIPS fraternity when our Grade 10 student Prameyasecured Silver medal in the 63rd National Shooting Championship Competitions (NSCC) 2019 held at Dr. Karni Singh Shooting Ranges, New Delhi from 16th to 30th November 2019. TIPS students shine at BVM Soccer Fest 2019!

Our students recently took part in the Inter-school football tournament hosted by BVM Global School on 28th & 29th November 2019 at Coimbatore. About 26 schools across Coimbatore, Erode & Tirupur competed in the tournament. Our U-12 Boys Football team secured III Position out of the other 36 participated teams and the U-12 Girls team earned III Position among 11 other participated teams, in their respective categories. TIPSIANs @ CHEMUN XIII

400+ Delegates | 32 Topics | 11 Committees | 3 Days On Nov 8th, 13th chapter of CHEMUN was hosted by American International School, Chennai (AISC). This three-day annual conference is for high school students who wish to show their passion and insight for contemporary international relations. As a simulation of the United Nations, CHEMUN thrives to encourage all students to come together to research, caucus, debate, support and pass resolutions to solve issues of global importance. Along with our students from Erode and Salem campuses, around 25 other schools across the globe had participated in the conference. The platform provided an exciting opportunity for our young minds to confront themselves to the most pressing issues of today’s world. It gave them an understanding of how to approach and solve global concerns. This inspiring experience encouraged our students to work collaboratively and exposed them to the dynamics of our world through debate and cooperation. Our TIPSIANS thrived themselves and made the best of the three days by taking leads as main submitters of various committee’s resolutions for global issues and successfully debated to get it passed!
