Our TIPS teachers attended an intensive five days training program. We had experts from India and Abroad training our staff community on best practices in KG / IB and Cambridge. The training program focused on pedagogy, curriculum, classroom practices and innovative teaching strategies. Teachers were constructive, collaborative, integrative and reflective during the sessions. They have already started to implement the practices in their planning and delivery.
